Before final payment
Full refund, minus processing
If you cancel before completing the final payment, you receive a full refund. Only the platform fee and payment processing charges are deducted.

Once your final payment is completed, we lock the booking amount with the trek organizer to secure your slot. If you cancel after this, 70% of the total amount is refunded.

Refunds depend on organizer policy
Cancellations within a few days of departure may receive lower refunds based on the trek organizer's policy and booking commitments already made on your behalf (permits, transport, guides). We always share the exact breakdown with you.

Why we started this
We built TripSure because we kept postponing our own trips.
Most of our friends earn between ₹25k and ₹60k a month. After rent, fuel, EMIs and the occasional birthday dinner, paying ₹10k–₹15k in one go for a Himalayan trek almost never feels possible — even when the trek is something we've been dreaming of for years.
So the trek keeps moving to "next season". Then next year. Then it quietly becomes a saved reel.
We wanted a simpler, stress-free way to plan adventures gradually, the same way we plan rent or a phone — small monthly amounts that don't break the month. No banks, no EMI paperwork, no interest. Just an honest tool that respects how middle-class salaries actually work.
