Own the machine. Enquiries compound instead of stopping the day you pause spend.
01You want an asset on your own balance sheet, not a rented audience
02Your margins cannot absorb a media budget yet
03You already get enquiries and keep losing them to slow follow-up
And when it isn't
If you need enquiries in the next fourteen days and have a media budget ready, start on the with-ads side instead, then move the machine across once it is paying for itself.
We already have a website. Do we have to throw it away?
Not necessarily. In the Listen step we audit what you have. If the site is structurally sound we keep it and bolt the booking, WhatsApp and CRM layer on top. If it is slow, unindexed and not converting, rebuilding is usually cheaper than repairing, and we will show you the reasoning rather than just asserting it.
Who owns the website, the data and the accounts?
You do, from day one. The domain, hosting, code, content, customer data, Google and Meta ad accounts are all registered in your name. If you ever leave, you keep everything and we hand over credentials within 48 hours. There is no version of this where we hold your business hostage.
Our team is not technical. Can they actually use this?
That is the point. Adding a package, changing a price or updating departure dates is a form, not a code change. We run two training sessions at launch and record them for people who join later. If your team can use WhatsApp and Excel, they can use this.
How is this different from a ₹4,900 website?
A ₹4,900 website is five pages of text that sits there. It has no booking flow, no CRM, no follow-up automation, no payment collection and no one measuring whether it works. Launch alone is eleven written pages with your packages published, WhatsApp on every one of them and a verified Google profile. If all you need is an online business card, buy that instead. We would rather tell you than sell you something you do not need.
What exactly are the AI videos and images?
Studio-style short-form video and imagery generated for your destinations and packages, destination reels, package teasers, seasonal offer films, delivered branded and in the aspect ratios you actually post: 9:16 for reels, 1:1 for feed, 16:9 for the website. Convert includes six videos and ninety-nine images a month. Growth includes eighteen videos and unlimited images. They are not stock footage with your logo dropped on the end. One firm boundary: AI is used for concept, mood, destination and offer creative only. Never for the hotel, room or houseboat a traveller is actually buying. Those stay your own photographs, because showing someone a room that does not exist is how an agency loses a customer.
What is the difference between the with-ads and without-ads plans?
Without ads (organic) you buy an asset: a website, a booking engine, a CRM and an SEO and content engine that keep producing enquiries after you stop paying. It is slower to start and it compounds. With ads (inorganic) you buy demand: managed Meta, Google and LinkedIn campaigns against a monthly volume of quality leads, each held to a written standard. It works within days and it stops the day you stop spending. Most agencies eventually run both, the ads fill this month, the organic system makes next year cheaper.
What if we want to stop?
Monthly plans are month-to-month with 30 days notice. No exit fee, no penalty clause. The setup fee covers work already delivered, so it is not refundable once we have built the thing, but nothing recurring continues after your notice period.
Do you work with agencies outside our city?
Yes. Everything from the Listen call to training runs remotely, and most of our work is with agencies we have never met in person. Local SEO still works city by city. We just need to know which cities you actually want to sell into.
How quickly will we see results?
Enquiry capture improves the week you launch, because the leaks close immediately. Paid ads produce leads within days. SEO is the slow one, expect meaningful movement from month three and compounding from month six. Anyone promising page one in 30 days is either lying or bidding on your own brand name.
